Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

This document constitutes an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules thereunder. By downloading, accessing, or registering on the Udgir Mudra mobile application (the "Platform"), you ("User") enter into a legally binding agreement with Udgir Mudra ("Company," "We," or "Us").

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to our digital credit card services, financial tools, and ancillary features. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and uninstall the application.

2. Eligibility Criteria

The services provided by Udgir Mudra are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. To use our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are a citizen of India and reside within the territory of India.
  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You possess the financial solvency to meet credit obligations.
  • You have not been previously suspended or banned from using our services.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Access to credit facilities requires the creation of a user profile. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration forms (including KYC documents).

3.2 Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, and device access. You agree that any transaction or activity performed using your credentials shall be deemed to be performed by you. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Scope of Services

Udgir Mudra grants you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for:

  • Applying for a digital credit card and credit limit assessment.
  • Managing credit card transactions, repayments, and statements.
  • Viewing financial insights and credit health reports.

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any credit application at its sole discretion based on its internal risk policies.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform strictly for lawful purposes. You shall NOT:

  • Use the credit facility for any illegal activities, money laundering, or speculative trading.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform.
  • Use any automated software (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform.
  • Submit false or misleading documents during the verification process.
  • Sub-license, rent, lease, or sell your account access to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software code, and interface designs on the Platform are the intellectual property of Udgir Mudra. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use the Company's trade names or logos without prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines our data collection and processing practices. By using the Platform, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.udgirmudra.com/privacy-policy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udgir Mudra shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
  • Service interruptions caused by maintenance, critical system failures, or third-party payment gateway errors.
  • Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the credit facilities immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of this Agreement.
  • We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity on your account.
  • You fail to repay the credit dues within the stipulated timeline.

Upon termination, all outstanding dues shall become immediately payable.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where the Company's registered office is situated.
